41-old-male
Presents in ER with a right pneumothorax
Heavy smoker. Otherwise unremarkable clinical history.
MSCT-HRCT 3 days after ER

    can you explain me the presence of the ground glass? Is it common in this kind of patology? The last image (the coronal reconstrution) why did you use it ?

    Unilateral ground glass can be secondary to pulmonary edema after lung re-expansion.
    However it is described as an associated finding in this particular pathology.

    minIP was used to characterize the pattern of distribution of cystic lesions.
